The Coopérative Zeste Nord-Est is a not-for-profit organization that strives to bring together producers, processors, public markets, and all those who are a part of the agri-food processing industry in northeastern New Brunswick. The goal is to increase food self-sufficiency and sovereignty in the northeast and to create visibility for our producers and processors while leading by example with our responsible environmental values.

Our mission

The Coopérative’s mission is to offer and promote an array of local products to the region’s citizens and organizations and to coordinate collaborations between members to improve these products’ distribution and accessibility.

Our vision

To gather farmers, agri-food processors, public markets, and the community itself into one cooperative to increase food self-sufficiency and sovereignty in northeastern New Brunswick.
